Kerre McIvor (Woodham)

Kerre McIvor is a New Zealand journalist, radio personality, author and columnist. She currently hosts the 8pm till midnight talkback radio shift, weeknights on the Newstalk ZB radio network.

Highly sought after as an MC, Kerre McIvor was the host of the number one night-time talk show in New Zealand, on NewsTalk ZB from Monday through to Thursday nights. That was good news for listeners but made Kerre hard to get for weekday evening events. BUT that has all cahnged.

Since January 2016 Kerre & Mark Dye are on weekdays from 12.00pm to 4.00pm. A hard-hitting hour of the day’s main stories so far and a catch-up with our news people around the country for story developments.  “The Hour” will bring Newstalk ZB’s audience bang up-to-date. AND she is now available for your event.

She has a weekly column in the Herald on Sunday and is the book ambassador for the ‘Paper Plus’ franchise.

Kerre has made several appearances on TV including Intrepid Journeys, Fair Go, Heartland, Ready Steady Cook and Dream Jobs. She has also hosted several TV documentaries. With her sharp wit and knowledge, Kerre is a fabulous debater.

Kerre is popular for product launches and awards events where she can put to use all facets of her talents.

She has recently released her second book titled 'Short Fat Chick in Paris' which follows on from her best selling ‘Short Fat Chick to Marathon Runner’ which went into a third re-print in NZ.

Kerre is a brilliant MC and guest speaker. She is lively and warm, professional and relates well to corporate audiences.
