Justine Troy

Justine and husband Geoff Ross created the 42 Below Vodka success

Motivational business speaker Justine Troy has seen it all and if you haven't heard of the success of 42 Below Vodka you must have been living under a rock!

Initially brewed by Wellington power couple Justine and her husband Geoff in their garage, everything about this vodka was audacious. From the very notion of making high-end vodka down under to its shock-and-awe advertising campaigns and the fact that it would go on to beat the world's great brands in international vodka competitions. But the most remarkable thing about 42 Below was the way it stole the world's bartenders' hearts and eventually attracted the attention of liquor giant Bacardi, who paid millions to buy the brand.

Her book Every Bastard Says No is the rollicking tale of how Justine Troy, her husband Geoff and their business partners and loyal staff risked all and worked their butts off to do what New Zealanders so often dream of doing but so rarely manage: build a brand that makes the world sit up and take notice. The book along with Justine's keynotes are an inspirational business story that will appeal to entrepreneurs, business people, creatives, and everyone who loves a brave – and ultimately successful – little Kiwi battler.

Justine is a graduate of the London School of Journalism, and has written and researched documentaries for TVNZ's Tuesday Documentary and TV3 Inside New Zealand including the award winning Destination Disaster – The Sinking of the Mikhail Lermontov.

These days Justine is a prolific writer, working on two new books and contributing regular articles to magazines including Metro. She is still heavily involved in business as a shareholder and brand ambassador for 'eco-luxe' home fragrance, body and bath company Ecoya - a company experiencing massive growth and has acquired skin and hair care brand Trilogy.

She is also a trustee for the New Zeal Foundation to assist at risk youth in South Auckland.

Justine is a straight-talker and she doesn't sugar-coat her experience. She talks about her journey breaking into the market and having doors shut – but she is full of energy and optimism.

Justine is thought provoking and definitely leaves the window of possibilities wide open. Get in touch with Celebrity Speakers to see if Justine is available for your event... you won't be disappointed
